<p>Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Modulus. The Modulus Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care Biologics products.</p><p><b>Site:</b> Tuas Modulus</p><p><b>Line Manager:</b> Head of Engineering & Projects</p><p><br />As a Project Lead, you will be:</p><p></p><p><b>Responsible for Leading and Managing Projects</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead Tier 3 (up to €5M) capital project studies including driving each stage gate review, supporting site, and M&S decision making process</p></li><li><p>End-to-end capital project delivery including initiation, feasibility, design, execution, C&Q, handover, & close-out</p></li><li><p>Lead and support project sourcing and 3rd party contractor & supplier management</p></li><li><p>Foster a safety first, quality always culture throughout the project implemention</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Managing Project Controls & Financials</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and forecasts</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage project schedules and track progress , ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets</p></li><li><p>Ensure that both project (e.g. PowerBi) and financial tools (e.g. SHINE) are updated on a monthly basis</p></li><li><p>Implement financial controls to track project expenditures against budgeted costs</p></li><li><p>Manage change orders and contract modifications to maintain control over scope creep</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Drive Cross-Functional Coordination</b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate with engineering teams to align project objectives with business goals</p></li><li><p>Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, finance, and operations</p></li><li><p>Ensure staffing of all engineering project resources and align cross-function strategic workforce plan to deliver projects</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Handle Project Reporting & Analysis</b></p><ul><li><p>Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and variances for senior management</p></li><li><p>Monthly capital project reporting on all project KPIs for safety, cost, schedule, and resources</p></li><li><p>Participate in strategic planning sessions related to capital investment decisions</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Drive Quality & Compliance</b></p><ul><li><p>Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet specifications</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with industry regulations, statutory requires and company policies throughout project execution</p></li><li><p>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff within the project team</p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Requirements/Qualifications</b></p><p></p><p><b>Expected Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 7 years of capital project engineering and/or project delivery experience as a Technical Engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing or process engineering</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in Project Controls on medium scale capital projects, within the pharmaceutical industries</p></li><li><p>Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls, with a track record of managing project costs effectively</p></li><li><p>Experience working in an engineering or maintenance environment, with a solid understanding of technical processes and requirements</p></li><li><p>Familiar with industry regulations and local statutory requirements, ensuring projects comply with all relevant guidelines and policies</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, finance, and operations, to achieve project goals</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Expected Technical Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering degree</p></li><li><p>Project Management skills with professional project management designation preferred, e.g., PMP, CAPM, PgMP, PMQ, Prince2</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in creating and managing detailed project schedules</p></li><li><p>Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial tracking to ensure projects stay within budget</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential impacts</p></li><li><p>Ability to analyze project performance data and generate actionable insights to improve project outcomes</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and present project updates to stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Regulatory knowledge with familiarity of GMP, FDA, building & construction regulations/standards</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder & People Management skills working cross-functionally in a matrix
