<p><span style="color:#000000"><b><u>Job Summary: </u></b>The TA Engagement Lead acts as the primary point of contact to the TA under responsibility. The TA Engagement Lead is responsible for co-creating, managing and delivering on all the marketing strategies and promotional activities for assigned to Therapy Area. This role is responsible for ensuring the Total TA is performing inline with the cluster objectives. This role involves a combination of leadership capabilities, strategic mindset</span><span style="color:#0d0d0d">,</span><span style="color:#000000"> medical knowledge</span><span style="color:#0d0d0d"> and customer relationship management. </span><span style="color:#000000">As well as ensuring execution excellence through guiding and coaching his/her Product Specialists to improve their efficiency to achieve optimum performance of both Sales and Non-Sales KPIs in full compliance alignment with Pfizer Values, Global Guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), policies, and SOP’s.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="color:#0d0d0d"><b><u>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</u></b></span></p><ul><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Act as a pivotal role in co-creating and shaping the TA/Brands Strategies.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Drive planning and execution of marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales in the market.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Forecast sales performance and track progress towards target.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Actively participate in supply and demand meetings to ensure timely updates on products status.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Lead financial cycles planning and forecasting for TA under responsibility.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Plan and coordinate sales targets and territory assignment to Product Specialists and in coordination with relevant TA Engagement Managers.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Manage and guide the activities of his/her Product Specialists to ensure the best use of their time, enhance their efficiency and ensure their selling efforts are focusing on predetermined list of prioritized objectives.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Plan, organize and monitor activities of his/her Product Specialists in a timely manner to achieve required objectives through group meetings, review call reports and call plans and ensure their best time.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Manage sales and non-sales targets allocation for the assigned team with monthly tracking of performance and reporting.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Assign sales territory to Product Specialists and analyzes sales statistics to ensure the proper deployment of his sales team.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Train Product Specialists on new campaigns, preparation of slide decks and other promotional tools.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Assist or participate in developing sales campaigns, seminars and symposia to accommodate company’s goals.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Study, analyze market and watch closely the competition, report findings to his boss and other concerned departments.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Omni Channel adoption via developing and deploying of communication channels with his team and with other departments and improve the quality of ongoing information</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Prepare and submits periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales growth</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Assist in communicating the marketing plan to the field sales force and assure its implementation by means of personal contact in the field.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Collaborate with the TA/Brand core team to ensure the establishment of brand strategies and implementation tactics in line with sales forecasts and expense budgets.</span></p></li><li><p>Inform the management of market challenges, opportunities and competitive activities.</p></li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Work Location Assignment:&nbsp;Remote - Field Based<br><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Sales<p></p><p></p>
