Job summary:
To support our outstanding teams who create high-quality products and contribute to our growth, we are seeking a Test Technician in Aguascalientes.
Example: Your primary responsibility is to provide technical support for SMT lines on ICT/FCT test equipment, as well as analyze equipment output data and implement continuous improvements in the testing area. You will develop programs, implement new products, and follow up on secondary activities to enhance the testing area. Additionally, you will prepare improvement proposals that reflect costs, timelines, and alternative courses of action to meet the company's current and future needs.
What a typical day looks like:
• Operation and knowledge of test instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter)
• Troubleshooting ICT/FCT test equipment.
• Adjusting for potential SMT fault escapes.
• Implementation and improvement of test equipment.
• Ensuring that the equipment passes tests correctly and meets customer requirements.
• Analyzing, detecting, identifying, and correcting technical problems and deficiencies.
• Providing technical support for SMT lines.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Basic knowledge of Windows 7/8/10
• Knowledge of electronics
• Knowledge of electricity (110V/220V)
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of ICT/FCT testing equipment
• Use of general tools to provide support on production lines.
