Description

As a test engineer, you will work closely with technical development and product and project management to systematically test our products and technologies and ensure their correct system function, operational reliability, and performance under realistic conditions. You will design and implement test strategies for hardware and software components, perform manual and automated tests, and analyze the results. Your goal is to identify potential weaknesses at an early stage through targeted testing, optimize system performance, and ensure product reliability. In addition, you will be involved in cross-functional quality processes and support the further development of our test infrastructure.

Requirements

- Technical or scientific background - Relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, mechanical engineering, (bio)process engineering, or similar - Good understanding of technical systems and interfaces (electrical, mechanical, software-related), ideally in a pharmaceutical environment - Experience in creating technical documentation and test reports, taking regulatory requirements into account - Knowledge of error analysis and troubleshooting complex systems - Very good German and English language skills - Proactive, structured, solution-oriented way of working - Very flexible, independent, results-oriented - Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure - Strong customer focus and communication skills - Strong team spirit
