If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b><u>Test Engineer </u></b>located in <b><u>Guadalajara, North Campus</u></b>.</p><p>Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, this role involves responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li>Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.</li><li>Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data.</li><li>Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.</li><li>Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.</li><li>May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.</li><li>Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques.</li><li>Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.</li><li>Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production.</li><li>Create and maintain process documentation.</li><li>Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector.</li><li>Defines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or similar engineering.</li><li>Engineer with experience in Test Engineer</li><li>Advanced English</li><li>Personnel administration</li><li>Development of: Functional tests, ICT, AOI</li><li>Root cause analysis</li><li>Implementation: DFT and DFM's</li><li>Knowledge in statistical process control.</li><li>Availability to travel</li><li>Visa and valid passport is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of C/C++ scripting, familiarity with the MatLab and LabView / test stand software platforms.</li><li>Schedule availability.</li><li>Leadership</li><li>Decision-making</li><li>Data analysis and test development</li><li>Self-directed</li><li>Discipline, integrity, and honesty</li><li>MS Microsoft Office</li><li>Works under pressure.</li><li>Organized</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Competitive Salary.</span></li><li><span>Life & Medical insurance.</span></li><li><span>Christmas Bonus.</span></li><li><span>Food Coupons.</span></li><li><span>Saving Fund.</span></li><li>Life Insurance</li></ul><p>AU51</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Production Engineering<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
