If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to hire a Test Engineer based in <b>Guadalajara, North Site.</b><br />Reporting to the <b>Test Engineering Manager</b>, the <b>Test Engineer</b> position involves the responsibility of implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li>Leads and/or coordinates technical and/or electronic engineering personnel in the manufacturing and design of test and control devices and equipment, or software and systems testing.</li><li>Develops instrument drivers / development and/or support of diagnostic tests at the board level.</li><li>Designs and supports functional test hardware, computer platforms, and interfaces.</li><li>Develops test plans and procedures.</li><li>Coordinates third-party development of functional tests, improvements, and test devices.</li><li>Analyzes and interprets diagnostic failures at the software or system level (software and hardware).</li><li>Reports test results (usually in a defect database) and communicates test outcomes.</li><li>Documents test strategies and metrics for process optimization.</li><li>Direct communication with the customer.</li><li>Manages, evaluates, and quotes spare parts for test equipment with external suppliers.</li><li>Develops and interprets GR&amp;R.</li><li>Experience in AXI X-ray testing.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we are looking for to join our team:</b></p><ul><li>Completed Engineering degree or bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Knowledge and development in Python, Linux, GIT, etc. would be a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of virtualization software would be a plus.</li><li>Advanced Excel.</li><li>Advanced English.</li><li>Management of technical personnel.</li><li>Experience in Functional Testing at Board Level and In-Circuit Test.</li><li>Management and interpretation of Strain Gauge.</li><li>Knowledge and interpretation of Test Stand.</li><li>Knowledge in AOI and Flying Probe.</li><li>Extensive experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting failures in functional test equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of JTAG programming equipment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will receive for the great work you provide:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Medical and life insurance</li><li>Christmas bonus</li><li>Meal vouchers</li><li>Savings fund</li></ul><p></p><p>CP68</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Production Engineering<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
