If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an <b>Test EE Engineer</b> located in <b>RD Center.</b></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the <b>Test Development Director,</b> the <b>Test EE Engineer</b> role involves below responsibilities.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Design, develop, and validate test hardware, including Test Interface Boards (TIBs), load boards, cables, and connectors for server power supply test systems.</p></li><li><p>Create detailed schematics, PCB layout (considering signal/power integrity), generate BOMs, and lead the prototyping and debugging of test boards.</p></li><li><p>Select appropriate connectors, cables, and probing solutions to ensure robust interfacing between the Unit Under Test (UUT) and test system instrumentation.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Test Software Engineers and Power Supply Design Engineers to integrate hardware solutions into a fully functional test system.</p></li><li><p>Conduct DFT activities to ensure the right test requirements and design inputs for test HW design.</p></li><li><p>Perform validation of test hardware, including signal integrity analysis, timing checks, and noise measurements to ensure compliance with test requirements.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues related to grounding, noise, crosstalk, and impedance matching within the test system.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for designs, including specifications, validation reports, and standard operating procedures.</p></li><li><p>Support manufacturing test teams by resolving hardware-related issues on the production line and implementing continuous improvements to enhance test efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Taking part in the Pre-Development project for new technology evaluation and deployment.</p></li><li><p>Train technicians and test station operator.</p></li><li><p>Support new project overseas transfer support.</p></li><li><p>Support new project quotation and test equipment evaluation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>At least five years working experience in designing and developing hardware for automated test systems.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design using tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, with practical knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity principles.</p></li><li><p>Solid hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, data acquisition systems) for debugging and validation.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of power electronics fundamentals and understanding of key power supply parameters and test methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and social abilities, with a proven capacity to work effectively in a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive approach to tasks.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English, including speaking, comprehension, and writing skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience in global collaboration is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Direct experience supporting test systems for server power supplies, AC/DC, or DC/DC power converters is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with major ATE platforms (e.g., National Instruments PXI/LabVIEW, Chroma 8000 series, Keysight) is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </b></p><ul><li><p>Life Insurance</p></li><li><p>PTO</p></li><li><p>Social Insurance</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Design, Process &amp; Technology Engineering<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
