This cutting‑edge therapy enables the removal of large clots <b>without the need for thrombolytics</b>, helping patients recover faster and more safely.</p><h2></h2><p></p><p></p><h2></h2><h2></h2><h1><b>What you’ll do</b></h1><ul><li>Own a <b>Sydney‑based territory</b>, with the <b>majority of accounts across South Sydney, Western Sydney, and the South Coast</b></li><li>Build deep hospital networks and earn trust with physicians across key public hospitals</li><li>Develop and execute a <b>strategic territory sales plan</b> to achieve and exceed sales targets</li><li>Identify and convert <b>new business opportunities</b>, particularly within public hospital systems</li><li>Support the <b>majority of cases in person</b>, acting as a trusted partner in the procedure room</li><li>Conduct <b>product demonstrations, education sessions, and training programs</b> to promote Peripheral Vascular solutions</li><li>Navigate complex hospital environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive <b>therapy adoption</b></li></ul><h2></h2><h2></h2><p></p><p></p><h2></h2><h1><b>What we’re looking for</b></h1><p></p><h3>Required</h3><ul><li>5&#43; years of <b>medical device or healthcare sales experience</b>, with consistent quota achievement</li><li>Strong <b>business development mindset</b> with the ability to open new accounts and build therapy adoption</li><li>High levels of <b>resilience, tenacity, and patience</b> — this is a long‑term build, not a quick win</li><li>Demonstrated <b>clinical aptitude</b> with the ability to learn and confidently support highly technical products</li><li>Willingness to work <b>irregular hours</b>, including responding quickly to unplanned or urgent cases</li><li>Ability to operate <b>autonomously</b> across a geographically spread territory</li><li>Strong <b>stakeholder management</b> skills across physicians, nursing, procurement, and hospital leadership</li></ul><h3></h3><h3></h3><h3></h3><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Experience selling into <b>NSW public hospital systems</b></li><li>Background in <b>vascular, interventional, cardiology, or cath‑lab environments</b></li><li>Experience launching or <b>growing a new therapy or portfolio</b></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Why join us?</b></h1><p></p><p>This isn’t just another sales role.
