You will sell innovative dust collection and extraction systems for industrial air filtration and support resellers, OEMs, and end customers. Working flexibly from your home office and directly at customer sites, you will build long-term partnerships and deliver tailored technical solutions.</p><p></p><p><b>Location:</b> North-Central Netherlands</p><p></p><p><b>Your Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Full responsibility for sustainable and profitable revenue growth within your sales territory</p></li><li><p>Active sales of industrial air filtration systems, dust collection, and related services</p></li><li><p>Independent management, development, and expansion of your customer base (resellers, OEMs, end users)</p></li><li><p>Technical consultation of customers and development of customized solutions in close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., project engineering)</p></li><li><p>Identification and development of new market segments to strengthen market presence</p></li><li><p>Establishment of long-term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service</p></li><li><p>CRM-supported sales management, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and documentation of all sales activities</p></li><li><p>Close collaboration with internal project and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of customer projects</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Travel:</b> up to 40%</p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Completed degree or vocational training, preferably with a technical background</p></li><li><p>Several years of sales experience with technical, consultative products</p></li><li><p>Fluent Dutch and good English skills</p></li><li><p>High willingness to travel and strong enthusiasm for direct customer contact</p></li><li><p>Residence within the assigned sales territory and ability to work from home</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in industrial filtration, air purification, or related process technologies</p></li><li><p>Experience in project-based business or technical solution selling</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of CRM systems and structured sales management</p></li><li><p>Confident communication style across different decision-making levels</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span><span>Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
