Reporting into the National Sales Manager, the main responsibility of this role is to drive the growth and acceleration of Advanced Wound Management products in the hospital channel.
What will you be doing?
Achieve territory sales target for allocated products. Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products using available tools e.g. Synapse, Sportsman.
Be accountable for implementation of marketing/ channel strategies.
Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to maximize the return on the investment as per playbook.
In line with KPIs spend a minimum of 80% of working week in Focus and Optimise accounts.
Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective action where appropriate.
Actively participate at all scheduled sales and team huddle meetings.
Work effectively in conjunction with other S+N staff where overlap of territory/account responsibilities exists.
What will you need to be successful?
Education: Tertiary qualifications in science or business related discipline will be well regarded.
Experience: Proven experience in medical sales especially in the hospital sector influencing HCP’s relevant to the portfolio and/or proven clinical experience in the surgical/theatre arena.
Good understanding of the NZ public and private healthcare system
Travel Requirements: approx. 30% depending on business needs.
