This is a high-impact role with full territory responsibility in a market that rewards resilience, strategic thinking and strong relationship-building.</p><p></p><p><b>Visualization & Communication portfolio:</b> <a href="https://www.stryker.com/us/en/endoscopy.html" target="_blank">Endoscopy | Stryker</a></p><p></p><p><b>Your Mission</b></p><p></p><p>You will drive sales and market development of our Visualization & Communication portfolio across your territory. From operating theatres to procurement offices, from clinical workshops to contract negotiations you will own the full sales cycle.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Be Responsible For</b></p><ul><li><p>Taking full ownership of your territory and sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Building and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, hospital administration and procurement.</p></li><li><p>Driving and managing complex tender processes (framework and volume-based agreements).</p></li><li><p>Implementing marketing and sales strategies aligned with Nordic objectives.</p></li><li><p>Conducting impactful product demonstrations in OR settings and clinical workshops.</p></li><li><p>Advising and training surgical staff on product use.</p></li><li><p>Preparing and managing orders, ensuring seamless follow-up and high customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Representing Stryker at congresses, trade fairs and professional meetings to expand your network and identify new business opportunities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>You will start with an intensive onboarding and product training phase to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed.</p><p></p><p><b>The Profile We Are Looking For</b></p><p></p><p>This role requires more than enthusiasm for the OR.
