These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.</p><p></p><p><b>Overview </b><br /> </p><p>This role is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share for the assigned products across metropolitan Melbourne.<br /> </p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Obtain and maintain Neuromodulation product certification.</li><li>Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.</li><li>Actively implement and execute on salesforce effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.</li><li>Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.</li><li>Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.</li><li>Provide pre procedure education to patients.</li><li>Support implantation and post-operative follow ups of devices within your territory.</li><li>Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory.</li><li>Manage allocated consignment stock.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer profiles.</li><li>Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.</li><li>Assist with product marketing and launches.</li><li>Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.</li><li>Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.</li><li>Attend company sales meetings as required.</li><li>Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.</li><li>Handle and document customer complaints according to Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure.</li><li>Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager.</li><li>Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties.</li><li>You may be required to work outside of your ordinary hours of work to participate in essential training, team meetings, customer events or trade shows/conferences.
