Ferring+You

You will be responsible for monitoring public tenders, preparing and continuously optimizing supply chain plans for Ferring Belgium and overseeing the logistics and supply chain processes, ensure that products move smoothly from suppliers to customers. 

Your day at Ferring

• Oversee purchasing procedures and ensure compliance with public procurement regulations.

• Ensure deadlines are met.

• Evaluate and monitor the performance of these procedures using specific indicators such as notification times and the number of disputes.

• Ensure reporting of tenders to management

Behind our innovation…There’s You

• Bachelor’s in supply chain management

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience

• Fluent in Dutch, English and French

• Database Management: Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills

• Hands on experience with tender management procedures

• Office Procedures, Office Supply Management, Project Schedules, Budgeting and Data Entry/Maintenance skills
