Temp Talent Acquisition Business Partner I

The Opportunity:

As a Contract TA Business Partner, you will be a part of a fast-paced and progressive HR team for an innovative Biotechnology company. Revolution Medicines is rapidly growing and this role will be an integral part of the organization's ability to attract top talent for the organization. In this highly visible position, the incumbent will provide full cycle recruiting services to hiring managers including conducting strategic job launches, sourcing, screening, and developing and extending offers.

• As a full-cycle TA Business Partner, you will partner with your client groups to source and attract candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.

• Provide strategic, full cycle recruiting support to hiring leaders, including providing candidate market data insights, feedback, and hiring recommendations.

• Using LinkedIn Recruiter, identify and source passive candidates for a wide variety of skill sets.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to develop job descriptions and showcase the position as well as benefits of the organization.

• Provide offer management support, including offer development, extending offers, and negotiating and closing candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 6+ years of in-house/corporate recruiting experience, including 5+ years of recruiting experience in the biotech pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using Greenhouse ATS highly preferred.

This is a contract position that will be employed through a third-party recruiting agency. The agency will provide the pay range, which will be based on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, market conditions, and relevant education or training.
