RHEACELL offers an engaged individual in the field of Clinical Data Management the opportunity to take a central role in planning, conducting, and ensuring the quality of data management for clinical studies in accordance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs. In this position, you will work closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical Science, and Biostatistics, ensuring the seamless integration of external data collection systems. As a Data Manager, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Biostatistics department that encompasses data analysis, biostatistics, data visualization, and machine learning. A key focus is on the professional management of clinical trial data and ensuring data integrity, completeness, and traceability.

Requirements

Completed degree in natural sciences, medicine, biostatistics, computer science or a comparable qualification; several years of professional experience in clinical data management, ideally in a biomedical or pharmaceutical environment; in-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH Guidelines, and regulatory requirements; experience with EDC systems and clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, CDASH); structured, detail-oriented, and independent work style; high communication skills and team orientation; professional knowledge of MS Excel; basic knowledge of SQL desirable; very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
