Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Piloter et alimenter une ligne de production en respectant les procédures et les consignes de sécurité.
- Réaliser les contrôles en cours de fabrication et participer aux contrôles finaux.
- Préparer, régler et ajuster les machines pour les lots de production.
- Compléter et mettre à jour les enregistrements de production et les dossiers de lots.
- Proposer et mener des actions d’amélioration continue pour réduire les pertes et accroître l’efficacité.
- Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau et signaler les incidents à l’équipe maintenance.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Diplôme de niveau secondaire (Baccalauréat) ou équivalent professionnel.
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en production industrielle, emballage ou fabrication.
- Respect strict des procédures et sens aigu de la qualité.
- Expérience pratique sur équipements de production ou machines automatisées.
- Compétences informatiques de base pour la saisie et le suivi de données.
- Disponibilité pour travailler en équipes postées et respecter les règles de sécurité.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Formation technique (Bac+2) en production, maintenance ou automatisme.
- Expérience en industrie pharmaceutique ou agroalimentaire avec connaissances des bonnes pratiques de fabrication.
- Certification ou formation en inspection visuelle ou contrôle qualité.
- Connaissance des méthodes d’amélioration continue (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Compétences en maintenance mécanique ou électrique de base.
- Bon niveau de communication en français ; l’anglais de base est un avantage.
