Run tests, perform troubleshooting and repairs on machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), blueprints or other drawings. Performing test set-up, calibration, functional testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Access2/DxC 500i test team located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:<ul><li>Perform testing on medical devices that provide lifesaving diagnoses for patients across the globe</li><li>Work together with a diverse group of team members to deliver high quality products for our customers</li><li>Grow your career with Beckman Coulter as we innovate at the cutting edge of the medical device industry</li></ul>The essential requirements of the job include:<ul><li>2-year associate’s degree</li><li>6+ months of manufacturing assembly experience</li><li>Proficiency with hand tools, measurement equipment, and computer systems</li></ul>Physical/Environment Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30lb</li><li>Able work on your feet daily</li></ul>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:<ul><li>Electro-mechanical or medical device assembly or testing</li><li>Following written SOPs</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or technical associate’s degree</li></ul>Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the appropriate level of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
