In this role, you will support site operations in Greenwood by maintaining critical facility systems. You will help ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient environment that enables life‑changing science. The position does carry a company cell phone for use on site as well as responding in emergency situations.

What you will do
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, exhaust fans, water, fire, and facility systems.
Complete reactive maintenance and troubleshooting for building and utility equipment.
Carry out general building repairs including doors, sinks, floors, walls, and painting.
Support grounds maintenance such as gates, signage installation, and site fixtures.
Coordinate with contractors to support maintenance, repairs, and system improvements.
Maintain accurate equipment records and keep work areas clean and orderly.
Support emergency response activities and provide backup coverage for team members.
What we are looking for
Hands‑on experience maintaining facility or building systems in an industrial or commercial setting.
Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pump repair skills.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and refrigerant handling practices.
Ability to follow safety procedures, permits, and documentation requirements.
Willingness to work a 40‑hour week, including weekends or holidays and working plant shutdowns when needed.
Team‑oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Reliable attendance on site as an essential function of the role.
High School Diploma (Technical Degree Preferred)
