As a Technical Writing Intern, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Working closely with the members of the quality organization as a Technical Writer on several concurrent projects.</li><li>Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write testing procedures, technical specifications, and validation protocols.</li><li>Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements</li></ul><p></p><p>This position may suit you best if you’re familiar with the following and would like to develop your skills with Siemens Healthineers:</p><ul><li>You will be working with our latest technology and therefore strengths in science and technology are a plus.</li><li>You possess good presentation skills, show team orientation, and effective communication skills.</li></ul><p></p><p>Required skills to have for the success of this role:</p><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, Communications, or similar. Scientific background is a plus.</li><li>You have good PC skills that include PowerBI, MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary; knowledge of other languages is an asset.</li><li>Self-motivated and willing to collaborate with others.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.</li><li>Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)</li></ul><p></p><p>The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on education, skills, and experience.
