In this position, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving high-quality technical documentation<br />for our industry-leading bioscience products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&amp;D, product management, quality,<br />and regulatory, to translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, accurate, and user-focused content.<br />If you are passionate about precision, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want your work to contribute to global scientific advancement,<br />this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career with Thermo Fisher Scientific.</p><p>In this position you will:</p><ul><li>Develop, <span>write, and edit user guides, manuals, and other technical content for Thermo Fisher Scientific products.</span></li><li>Work <span>closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other collaborators to collect information and guarantee the accuracy and completeness of documents.</span></li><li>Ensure <span>all documents align with company standards, business unit requirements, and industry standard processes.</span></li><li>Review <span>and revise existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and overall quality.</span></li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation.</li><li>Maintain <span>a repository of technical guides and templates for future use.</span></li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><span>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Bioscience, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree in Biosciences will be preferred.</span></li><li>Proven <span>experience in technical writing, preferably within the bioscience or life sciences industry. Certification in technical writing will be considered an asset.</span></li><li>Experience <span>with XML/DITA-based authoring tools (e.g., Oxygen XML Editor/Author) and component content management systems (e.g., RWS Tridion Docs or similar) is preferred.</span></li><li>Excellent <span>written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, concise documentation.</span></li><li>Strong <span>attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality documents</span></li><li>Familiarity <span>with industry-specific terminology and standards.</span></li><li>Proficiency <span>with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.</span></li><li>Ability <span>to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams </span> <span>and subject matter experts.</span></li><li>Demonstrated <span>ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet established deadlines.</span></li><li>Willingness <span>to complete required training and continuously update technical knowledge and skills</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
