<p>By clicking the “Apply” button, I understand that my employment application process with Takeda will commence and that the information I provide in my application will be processed in line with Takeda’s <a href="https://jobs.takeda.com/privacynotice" target="_blank">Privacy Notice</a> and <a href="https://www.takeda.com/terms-and-conditions/" target="_blank">Terms of Use</a>.  I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Job Description</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Title: Technical System Owner (TSO)</b></h1><h1><b>Location: Grange Castle, Ireland</b></h1><p></p><h1><b>About the Role:</b></h1><p><span>As a Technical System Owner, you will be accountable for the </span>overall management, maintenance, and optimization of specific technical systems and solutions <span>related to digital </span><span>products</span><span>, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.</span><span> You will a</span><span>cts as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the system and digital solution, aligning system performance with business needs.</span></p><p></p><h1><b>How will you contribute:</b></h1><ul><li><p>Technical expert on the site business software applications and digital platforms to ensure they are managed to meet the ongoing business requirements.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the day-to-day operations of specific technical systems.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that systems are running smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.</p></li><li><p>Perform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to keep systems current and secure.</p></li><li><p>Primary technical point of contact for systems within their area of expertise; interfaces with business system owner.</p></li><li><p>Identify areas for improvement within the system to enhance performance and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Implement changes and optimizations to improve system functionality and user experience. </p></li><li><p>Monitors system performance and adjusts as needed.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements for new digital products.</p></li><li><p>Support development and documentation of architecture of new digital products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.</p></li><li><p>Identify and manages risks related to IT systems.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that the system is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate strong autonomy in problem solving and decision making skills.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with cross functional business teams, and global teams. </p></li><li><p>Proven at building and maintaining relationships. </p></li><li><p>Requirement to operate as part of an out-of-hours on call team.</p></li><li><p>Innovative mindset through AI, digitalization and automation.</p></li><li><p>Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement capabilities within the team.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1>What you bring to Takeda:</h1><ul><li><p>MES, LIMS, CDS, Historian, ERP application certification and or relevant experience.</p></li><li><p>Relevant application experience, (Preferably with server/ network engineer experience).</p></li><li><p>Associate Degree or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an global environment. </p></li><li><p>VMWare, Citrix, Cisco, Microsoft certification.</p></li><li><p>SaaS or Cloud technologies certification and/ or relevant experience.</p></li><li><p>Several years of experience in system administration, system management, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of system architecture, system integration, and digital product development.</p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).</p></li><li><p>Ability to automate system tasks.</p></li><li><p>Strong project management skills..</p></li><li><p>Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of SDLC GxP lifecycle.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired </b></p><ul><li><p>5-7 years relevant experience.
