Technical Support Team Leader (F/M)

The Technical Support Team Leader (F/M) is responsible for coordinating all support activities related to services on SCE (Sartorius Chromatography Equipment) products : Support, SAT, IQ/OQ, maintenance, automatisme.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Grow with us - Your Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Organize the management of responses an solutions to technical problems transmitted by the regions (field technicians, administrations, etc...)</p></li><li><p>Attributes and delegates technical resquests, ensure timely management and documentation of requests in appropriate systems</p></li><li><p>Manage operational technical support indicators and generates monthly report</p></li><li><p>Establishes and maintains interdepartmental relationships to ensure optimal collaboration for the proper management of requests</p></li><li><p>Carry out interviews, hiring and traning of the operational team for which she or he is responsible.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will convince us:</b></p><ul><li><p>Engineering Degree</p></li><li><p>Experiences or knowledge in <b>bioprocess</b>, <b>bio-medical </b>and/or <b>pharmaceutical </b>processes</p></li><li><p><span>Management experience is required for this position</span></p></li><li><p>Effective <b>communication</b> and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders : Global Field Service and Operational teams, Quality departments</p></li><li><p>Fluency in spoken and written <b>English </b>(80% of exchanges and documentation are in English)</p></li><li><p>Willingness to <b>travel</b> occasionally.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About Sartorius </b></p><p></p><p>Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
