Work Flexibility: Onsite<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><span>Job Description</span></b><b><span> </span></b></p><p><span>Main functions: </span></p><p><span>(In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required)</span></p><ul><li><p>To offer a professional communication link between Stryker and our customer base for the all technical service activities.</p></li><li><p>To provide a high standard pro-active support facility to Technical Services Team</p></li><li><p>To seek opportunities of improving the service that is provided for our external/internal customers.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Key Activities &amp; Accountabilities: </span></b></p><p>To offer our customers a first-class service to compliment the rest of the Stryker Corporation.</p><ul><li>Being first contact of customers and collect all phone calls</li><li>Organizing and assigning jobs to service team together with related supervisor</li><li>Processing quotations</li><li>Processing invoices</li><li>Processing stock orders</li><li>Listing and arranging incoming and outgoing devices by cargo</li><li>Creating well organized documentation</li><li>Preparing Maintenance schedules and strictly follow up</li><li>Providing strong support to technical service team while they are in field and in repair center</li><li>Preparing necessary reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly on time</li><li>Pro-actively seek methods of improving the services provided by the department</li><li>Create high standard of internal communication between “sales team, marketing team &amp; operations team” and technical service department</li><li>You will be expected to be flexible in terms of assisting the team in times of high volumes of workload</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Education:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Graduate of </span><span>Office Management and Administrative Assistant OR relevant </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Experience and Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience</li><li>Demonstration of evidence of the following:</li><li>Involvement in the continuous improvement of the departments processes, focusing on Quality, productivity and Customer Engagement,</li><li>Active involvement in team engagement,</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail,</li><li>Pro-active and the ability to consider the wider picture,</li><li>Being conscientious, committed, focused and professional in their work ethics,</li><li>Ability to handle numerous tasks at any given moment and to work under pressure,</li><li>Experience in managing daily workloads, continuous improvement initiatives such as process, quality, customer experience or productivity projects,</li><li>Decision Making/Judgement – Selects effective approaches to solving issues, based on available information and business objectives and escalates appropriately,</li><li>Relationship Builder – Builds and maintains relationships within the team and across the wider organization,</li><li>Excellent communication skills,</li><li>Advanced English and Turkish language skills (Spoken &amp; Written),</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),</li><li>Proactivity - Has a pro-active and independent personality, ability to manage their own workload and priorities appropriately</li><li>Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organization</li></ul><p></p><p></p><ul><li>This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Technical Services Turkey &amp;CEE</li></ul><p>Work From Home: Not available</p><p>Travel Percentage: 0%</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
