Responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our products and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.</p><p></p><p><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment at customer sites.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.</li><li>Provide training and technical guidance to customers on product usage and best practices.</li><li>Document service activities, including reports, checklists, and feedback.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Requirements</b></p><p></p><p><i>Basic Qualification (Knowledge, Experience, Education):</i></p><ul><li>Associate degree in Electromedical Engineering (Electro Medic) with valid Registration Certificate (Surat Tanda Registrasi / STR)</li><li>Previous experience in a technical service or field support role.</li><li>Familiarity with medical devices or healthcare technology is a plus.</li><li>Strong technical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Competencies:</i></p><ul><li>Teamwork</li><li>Integrity</li><li>Creativity</li><li>Good communication</li><li>Building relationship</li><li>Tangibles</li><li>Customer centricity or customer first</li></ul><div></div><div><span>Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
