This role is central to delivering exceptional technical support, driving equipment performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction across the region.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><ul></ul><h2><b><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities  </u></b></h2><ul><li><p>Be the go-to expert for technical sales support, field troubleshooting, and warranty resolution.</p></li><li><p>Engage directly with customers, distributors, and internal teams to solve technical challenges and provide proactive support.</p></li><li><p>Travel as needed to support field installations, service interventions, and customer visits.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with commercial and service teams to improve equipment reliability, reduce warranty costs, and support sales growth.</p></li><li><p>Analyze warranty data and report actionable insights monthly, quarterly, and annually.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support and training to authorized and non-authorized service companies.</p></li><li><p>Monitor warranty claims, review, and approve warranty claims in the warranty administration system.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support in area of knowledge to Customer Service, Finance, Parts, and Sales teams.</p></li><li><p>Perform data analysis of warranty service and parts sales data and provide reports at specified intervals and upon request.</p></li><li><p>Create technical documentation (equipment manuals, troubleshooting checklists, training presentations) as required.</p></li><li><p>Creation of training curriculum to demonstrate and allow service companies to correctly maintain MFT products.</p></li><li><p>Visit customer locations to investigate service issues or assist with installations when required.</p></li><li><p>Support sales team and occasionally attending trade shows to assist with setup and staffing of booth.</p></li><li><p>Work with commercial , product management and quality teams with continuous improvement and other responsibilities as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain a suite of technical resources including Equipment manuals and troubleshooting guides, training materials and support checklists, spare parts lists and accessories price guides and technical bulletins and documentation updates</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b><u>Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies</u></b></h2><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years technical service-related experience, preferably related to Account Management, Third Party Service Networks, Foodservice Equipment, or similar.</p></li><li><p>Experience developing technical documentation to include training presentations and equipment technical and operations manuals.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and resolve problems. Mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to read and interpret technical documentation.</p></li><li><p>Analytical skills with ability to organize data and documents with close attention to detail.   </p></li><li><p>Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to respond effectively to time sensitive inquiries or complaints.</p></li><li><p>Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Working level of English, proactive, self - starter approach and communicate effectively to customers, distributors, service agents and internally</p></li><li><p>A natural problem-solver with strong technical knowledge and customer-facing experience.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in the field and collaborating across teams.</p></li><li><p>Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in creating clear, useful technical documentation and training content.</p></li><li><p>Background in fountain beverage equipment servicing or support is highly valued.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>As part of the global industrial organisation <b>Marmon Holdings</b>-which is backed by <b>Berkshire Hathaway</b>-you’ll be doing things that matter, leading at every level, and winning a better way.
