Technical Service & Logistics Coördinator

Our Field Service Engineers are responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of a wide range of laboratory equipment. To ensure these activities run smoothly and efficiently, they work closely with a dedicated team of administrative and logistics professionals who oversee planning, coordination, spare parts management, and logistical support.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Service & Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our service organization and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your Challenge

As a Technical Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will act as the central link between customers, service engineers, suppliers, transport partners, and internal departments. You will be responsible for coordinating service activities while managing equipment, spare parts, and logistics processes.

Through your strong organizational skills, you will ensure that our engineers always have the right equipment and components available at the right time, enabling efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Service Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor interventions performed by Field Service Engineers.
• Manage service requests from quotation through to invoicing preparation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize urgent interventions and customer requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and operational efficiency.

Logistics & Spare Parts Management

• Coordinate transportation of equipment between customer sites, warehouses, and workshops.
• Manage deliveries, returns, and installation logistics.
• Oversee spare parts inventories for maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct inventory checks and monitor critical stock levels.
• Arrange urgent deliveries to support priority service interventions.
• Register and track material movements in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ensure proper identification, traceability, and documentation of equipment and spare parts.

Administration & Continuous Improvement

• Process orders, transport documentation, and service reports.
• Monitor KPIs related to service performance and inventory management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance delivery reliability and reduce lead times.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, or technical coordination role.
• Experience within a service-oriented or technical environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
