Provide field service engineering and technical assistance to customers in areas of installation, startup, maintenance & repair, training, and modification of equipment. Provide technical solutions to customers that involve engineering research impacting equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, and economic impact analysis. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or engineering technology). Fully competent on the skills and knowledge to work on complex engineering problems with only moderate coaching or guidance. Routinely leads project teams and oversees the contributions of more junior level engineers and technicians. Minimum experience of 5 years to be qualified.
