Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, technical and dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth in our tablet tooling, compression and encapsulation machine portfolio. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant to tablet manufacturers, helping them optimize their solid dose production through superior tooling design and high-performance press machinery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include sales generation, technical consultation, relationship management, demonstrations & presentations, territory management, account management, market intelligence, and reporting.

Requirements

2–5+ years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery, pharma packaging, or solid dose processing equipment. Strong understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes. Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to travel extensively (up to 50–70%) within the assigned territory.
