<p style="text-align:inherit"> </p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><p></p><p><b><span>KEY</span></b> <b><span>PURPOSE</span></b> <b><span>OF</span></b> <b><span>ROLE:</span></b></p><ul><li>Provides technical, clinical, educational and sales support to physicians to ensure safe adoption and growth of Abbott Structural Heart Structural Intervention (SI) portfolio & Cardiac Surgery (CS) portfolio in Key Accounts SG.</li><li>The Territory Manager works closely with implanting teams, surgeons and the Abbott field organizations to drive procedural and practice success.</li><li>Accountable for achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic relationship building.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>KEY <span>RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><u>Technical and Clinical Support:</u></b></p><ul><li>Provide quality technical support to help sites achieve procedural success.</li><li>Provide technical support to Abbott Sales and implanting teams for Amplatzer Occluder implant procedures in accordance with Abbott requirement.</li><li>Provide clinical guidance for Amplatzer Occluder device & Heart valve replacement procedures. </li><li>Educate implanting teams on proper indications for Amplatzer Occluder & heart valve replacement procedures. </li><li>Provide support on questions regarding device suitability with measuring ability and CT reconstruction expertise. </li><li>Provide comprehensive technical support including knowledge of imaging modalities (echo/angiography/CT), EKG, blood pressure, wave forms, and ancillary procedural solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of clinical trial protocols, and SI & CS product IFUs for safe and effective use of devices.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge. </li><li>Understands current published relevant literature. </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Customer Service and Sales Support:</u></b></p><ul><li>Ensure comprehensive technical and customer support within territory to maintain superior customer service levels and effective time management.</li><li>Assist with customer management of inventory ordering, shelf stock, invoicing, and returns.</li><li>Participate in customer/society education meetings and conventions.</li><li>Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner.</li><li>Drive and maintain quality initiatives and global best practice initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>OTHER</span></b> <b><span>FUNCTIONS</span></b> <b><span>AND</span></b> <b><span>RESPONSIBILITIES</span></b></p><ul><li>Handle and process customer feedback/complaints/product experience in timely manner and according to Abbott Global Commercial Quality System, Abbott Medical SEA and Abbott Medical Malaysia policy and requirement.</li><li>Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Global Commercial Quality System, Abbott Medical SEA and Abbott Medical Malaysia</li><li>Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Global Commercial Quality System, Abbott Medical SEA and Abbott Medical Singapore are executed</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>PERFORMANCE</span></b> <b><span>FACTORS</span></b></p><ul><li>Focus on the Customer, dedicated to meeting the needs of internal and external customers</li><li>Delivers Results with Integrity, meets commitments and produces the right results at the right time.
