<p style="text-align:left"><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard (Mon-Fri)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Office<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Develop and execute the national growth strategy for LCQQQ business across China.</p></li><li><p>Drive pipeline creation through close collaboration with commercial teams, marketing, business units, and regional sales organizations.</p></li><li><p>Identify, prioritize, and support high-value opportunities to accelerate pipeline conversion and improve order closure.</p></li><li><p>Act as the technical sales leader for complex and strategic deals, providing solution support, competitive positioning, and customer-facing technical engagement.</p></li><li><p>Partner with regional sales teams to strengthen opportunity qualification, account planning, and deal execution discipline.</p></li><li><p>Provide hands-on coaching to sales and technical teams on customer application needs, product positioning, objection handling, and competitive strategy.</p></li><li><p>Improve sales process quality, including opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, and forecast accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, service, and commercial leadership to align business priorities and drive execution.</p></li><li><p>Collect market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to support portfolio strategy and business decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Build a high-performance technical sales support model that increases field effectiveness and supports sustainable long-term growth for the LCQQQ business.</p></li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Master’s degree or below in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Analytical Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application support, product specialist, or sales management roles within analytical instruments or related industries.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of LCMS, triple quadrupole, and analytical workflow applications, with LCQQQ-related experience strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of driving growth, managing strategic opportunities, and delivering strong business results.</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance technical solution selling and business impact.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated capability in coaching, influencing, and leading cross-regional teams without direct authority.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel nationally as business needs require.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
