Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p>The <b>Technical</b> <b>Reward Analyst - Compensation</b> is responsible for providing essential services to the People Reward and Recognition (PR&amp;R) chapter independently, focusing on <b>Workday configuration, data analysis, and administrative processes</b> for all Roche positions. This role requires a deep understanding of<b> global reward processes and timelines</b>, with the ability to clearly articulate them. The Reward Analyst will also <b>offer guidance on recurring reward inquiries </b>and have a firm grasp of Roche <b>Rewards policies and procedures.</b><br /><br /><i><b>The opportunity:</b></i></p><ul><li><p><b>Collaborate</b> with Reward Partners to understand organizational structures and roles.</p></li><li><p><b>Perform</b> system configuration activities in Workday.</p></li><li><p><b>Contribute </b>to the Annual Compensation review cycle<b> </b>management, including system preparation and resolving incoming queries.</p></li><li><p><b>Conduct</b> system testing activities prior release.</p></li><li><p><b>Support</b> the introduction and development of innovative technologies.</p></li><li><p><b>Conduct</b> audits and analysis on programs, policies, and procedures to recommend enhancements or changes that improve existing practices.</p></li><li><p><b>Contribute</b> to the continual improvement of work processes within the PR&amp;R chapter to create a more streamlined and efficient organization.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b><i>Who you are:</i></b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in HR support, Customer Service, or Payroll roles</p></li><li><p><b>Strong </b>analytical skills with advanced critical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.</p></li><li><p><b>Expertise</b> in analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Access, Smartsheet) and HR systems, with prior experience in data management and system updates.</p></li><li><p><b>Customer-centric mindset</b>, with the ability to anticipate needs, demonstrate cultural <b>mindset</b> awareness, and provide clear, effective responses.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in written and spoken <b>English</b>.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>In exchange we provide you with:</b></i></p><ul><li><p><span><b>Development opportunities:</b> Roche is rich in learning resources.
