Tempus' proprietary platform connects an entire ecosystem of real-world evidence to deliver real-time, actionable insights to physicians, providing critical information about the right treatments for the right patients, at the right time.</span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b><br />Develop and maintain timelines of key projects within the partnership pipeline<br />Partner with Tempus operations teams to ensure key tasks are coordinated and blockers are removed<br />Serve as a liaison for key delivery details of a given data partnership<br />Engage extensively with Program Leads and Partner Operations Managers to understand and ensure project needs are met<br />Continually develop and evolve project processes to ensure optimal efficiency<br />Report project statuses, quality metrics, and general feedback to team leadership<br />Work closely with engineering and product teams to create and enhance software and applications in support of internal operations and product delivery<br /><br /><br /><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br />3-5 years project management experience working with large, highly integrated projects<br />Experience with user acceptance testing and in agile methodology environments<br />Proven track record of setting and achieving high personal standards of performance<br />Highly organized and systematic, superb attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and an eye towards process improvement<br />Superior analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills<br />Desire to dig deep into data with an excellent attention to detail<br />Ability to work in a fast paced, highly iterative environment<br />Basic knowledge and experience in research and/or clinical data<br />Experience working with pharmaceutical companies or as part of a large-scale research projects<br />Experience working in Tableau or similar data visualization tools<br />Working knowledge of SQL<br />Agile or PMP certification an added bonus</p><p></p><p>#LI-HR1</p><p>$135,000-$165,000</p><p style="text-align:left"><span>The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for other locations (California, Colorado, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
