<h2><b>Job Description</b></h2><p>You will be part of a high-performance EAS Functional Apps IT team. Functional Apps includes Enterprise and business productivity applications used by various Agilent functions (viz. Sales, Field, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Tax, WPS, SCQ & Legal, CIM, Fusion, Ariba, Incentive comp (ICM) and FileNet etc)</p><p>As the Project Manager for functional Applications, you'll be overall responsible for implementation of various projects adhering to Agilent’s change management, compliance controls and policies.</p><p>You will interact with Agilent IT management, Agilent business & functional teams along with external partner organizations. Your primary accountabilities will include:</p><p><b>Role Summary</b></p><p>As the IT Project Manager you will lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. You will be responsible for driving project execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering business value through project delivery.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Plan, execute, and close IT projects across infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation initiatives</p></li><li><p>Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT leadership</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports</p></li><li><p>Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance</p></li><li><p>Lead cross-functional project teams including internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors</p></li><li><p>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate blockers as needed</p></li><li><p>Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with PMO to align project execution with organizational standards and governance frameworks</p></li><li><p>Drive adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs</p></li><li><p>Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements related to project deliverables</p></li><li><p>Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to executive sponsors and senior leadership</p></li><li><p>Support change management efforts to drive user adoption and smooth transitions</p></li><li><p>Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates</p></li></ul><p></p><h2></h2><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience managing IT projects in a corporate or enterprise environment</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience with both Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall project management methodologies</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or similar</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities</p></li><li><p>Experience managing project budgets of $500K+</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><p>PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMP certification</p><p>Working knowledge of GxP compliance and FDA-regulated environments</p><p></p><p><b>Technical Skills</b></p><p>Technical knowledge in Java, JSP, .Net, Power Apps, Sharepoint Apps, React, or Angular is desirable.
