Description
We are in the process of expanding the support staff of our industry leading tool inspection hardware and software solution. We are looking for a motivated individual to help install, train and support customers of our laser-based inspection and tool management system. There will be additional opportunities in system design and development. **Primary Role and Responsibilities:** - Provide customer on-site training and support and develop related materials. - Work with state-of-the-art technologies and have a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of technology-based solutions. - Perform on-site product qualifications. - Contribute to the installation and implementation of tooling inspection software and hardware solutions to our customers. - Perform requirements analysis including regulatory compliance research. - Complete sales support tasks including product demonstrations and price proposals. - Assist in the development and execution of validation and qualification protocols. **Requirements:** - Experience in conducting in-person and online user training and product demonstrations. - Technical Support experience via e-mail, phone, and online support sessions. - Familiarity with computer technology including laser and image measurement systems is a plus. - Sales support including quote generation and responding to user requirements specifications. - Detail-oriented, demonstrated ability in problem-solving. - Project and vendor management skills. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Windows OS. - Creation of system installation, qualification, and training documents. - High energy, self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and with others. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. - Strong verbal, written and listening skills. - Willingness to travel domestically and possibly internationally. **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in technical support. Recent college graduates with technical degrees will also be considered.
