Description
In this exciting role, you will focus on 4 key areas: Product Management Support, Technical Sales Enablement, Customer Engagement & Market Insight, Cross-Functional Collaboration. You will assist the Product Manager with product planning, road mapping, and market introduction activities. You will travel with regional sales teams to provide technical expertise and product demonstrations, and you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs. You will coordinate with engineering, service, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment and contribute to technical documentation and user manuals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related technical discipline or 8+ years’ experience in similar disciplines. 3–7 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, metrology, or a related technical field. Preferred exposure to customer-facing roles. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, familiarity with metrology techniques. Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
