Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a highly motivated JJT Manager, Technical Product Manager - Vision Plan Product Group. This Manager-level Technical Product Manager (TPM) role requires strong technical acuity, hands-on understanding of advanced planning applications, and the ability to deliver high-impact products and solutions that address the evolving needs of the Plan organization. The TPM will partner closely with business planning leaders, technology functions, vendors, and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable technology solutions that drive business impact. This individual will demonstrate strong ownership, influence, and accountability for outcomes while ensuring solutions are aligned to overall JJT strategy and deliver measurable business value. 

In this role, the TPM will shape planning system product roadmaps, coordinate the development and management of OMP capabilities, and ensure the platform and its services are operationally stable, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities. The role requires technical depth in OMP Plus, familiarity with SAP and planning integrations, strong communication skills, and an ownership mindset to drive delivery from strategy through adoption and ongoing support. 

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a Technical Product Manager for OMP Plus planning capabilities, providing technical guidance across planning processes, integrations, master data dependencies, configuration, testing, release readiness, and production support. 

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, supply chain planning processes, market trends, and emerging capabilities in advanced planning and optimization technologies. 

• Collaborate with business planning leaders, architects, engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, manage dependencies, and shape the product roadmap. 

• Lead the development and execution of the Vision Plan product strategy, ensuring effective implementation, adoption, and value realization across business and technology stakeholders. 

• Drive product development and enhancements through the full product lifecycle, from business problem definition and solution design through deployment, adoption, support, and continuous improvement using agile methodology. 

• Work closely with engineering, design, architecture, and Technology Services teams to ensure solutions meet quality, performance, security, compliance, and maintainability expectations while continually improving portfolio effectiveness and efficiency. 

• Partner with Business Product Owners, leaders of other product groups, JJTS, external vendors, and enterprise architecture teams on solution assessments, integration design, technical decisions, and roadmap alignment. 

• Monitor product performance, production stability, user experience, and business outcomes; proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and business success. 

• Co-manage budget, provide delivery estimates, and remain accountable for total cost of ownership optimization across Plan products and services. 

• Track product development and deployment progress, manage risks and dependencies, provide clear status updates to business and technology leaders, and ensure a high level of predictability in the delivery of solutions. 

• Translate complex technical topics into clear business-facing communications, including roadmap updates, release notes, issue summaries, impact assessments, executive updates, and stakeholder presentations. 

• Demonstrate strong ownership by driving issues to resolution, following through on commitments, escalating risks appropriately, and ensuring accountability across delivery, operations, and adoption. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or any field relevant to the job. 

• At least 8 years of experience in technical product management, solution delivery, business technology, or supply chain planning systems. 

• Hands-on experience with OMP Plus planning software or similar advanced planning applications, such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, o9, Oracle SCM Planning, or equivalent. 

• Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, capacity planning, and scenario-based planning. 

• Proficiency working with agile/scrum methodologies and tools, including Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. 

• Strong knowledge of systems product development, software delivery lifecycle practices, change management, and technology governance in a regulated industry. 

• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills, with a track record of effectively working with cross-functional business, technology, vendor, and global teams. 

• Highly analytical with the ability to use data, user feedback, technical insight, and business value to guide product decisions and prioritization. 

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity, drive issues to resolution, follow through on commitments, and remain accountable for business and technology outcomes. 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear messages for business users, senior leaders, technical teams, and external partners. 

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations, executive summaries, release communications, incident updates, and technical documentation. 

• Experience leading or influencing large, culturally diverse, global teams. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration touchpoints, including planning master data, material master, customer/location data, IDocs, interfaces, and integration troubleshooting. 

• Experience supporting production operations, incident management, root cause analysis, change management, release deployment, and continuous improvement processes. 

• Familiarity with data flows, system integrations, SQL, APIs, middleware, job scheduling, cloud-based application environments, or related technical concepts. 

• Experience supporting regulated environments, validated systems, GxP/compliance-driven technology delivery, or quality-controlled release processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000 - $175,950
