Upgrade to Pro — $25/moAs a Technical Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for our installations, operational service deliveries for Hospital Monitoring Systems in Sweden. Another central part of the role is leading a team composed of Technical Implementation Specialists and Field Services Engineers, and ensuring high level of teamwork and engagement levels.
As a part of this you are responsible for:
Planning and leading the team, ensuring effective installations with high quality.
Recognize customer needs by managing escalations and ensuring that the delivered performance and services matches the customer needs
Customer visits and communication around operational issues to assure increasing levels of customer satisfaction connected to installations
Working with district sales and project management to provide value added projects installations of solution
Ensure training of new hires and FSE on way of working, tools utilization, assuring change management related to implementation of new tools and customer services processes for the area
Responsible for service delivery operations compliance performance within the district and for reporting compliance issues to quality & regulatory functions at regional level
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Prior experience of technical field service and maintenance, preferably from Med Tech industry
2 - 5 years people leadership experience, ideally managing engineers or technicians
Education in Health Science or Engineering (bachelor/master level) is a must have
Self-starter and result driven with strong personal ownership
Team player and experience from cross-functional work with great communication skills
Fluency in English and Swedish – both verbally and in writing is a must have
The successful candidate will ideally be based in the Stockholm area and will be flexible to travel to customer sites with Sweden as required.
