• Develops and executes advanced methodologies for continuous improvement of implementation processes and service offerings, leveraging customer feedback and industry best practices.
• Enhances organizational knowledge by sharing insights, best practices, and repeatable processes across global teams, contributing to the collective learning and improvement of Philips’ service offerings.
• Ensures rigorous adherence to configuration management and version control protocols, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all technical deployments.
• Interacts effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, integrating client feedback into product and service enhancements for better alignment with customer needs.
• Prepares and presents detailed technical reports, analyses, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing a deep understanding of system performance, issue resolution, and future improvements.
• Provides expert mentorship and training to clients and internal team members, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively maintain and utilize their systems.
• Resolves high-complexity technical issues by performing advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics, offering proactive support to prevent future problems and ensure continuous system reliability.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Business or Engineering OR Vocational Education or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Technical Consulting, Customer Support, Healthcare Industry or equivalent.
