Description

As head of the Regulatory Affairs team, you will lead a dedicated team of currently four employees and shape the Brand Group's overall regulatory strategy. You will continuously develop your knowledge of regulatory requirements and modern methods and apply it in a targeted manner to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and guidelines. You will independently develop recommendations for action in order to provide optimal advice to interfaces such as development, product and quality management, reporting directly to the management. In addition, you will prepare CE declarations and technical documentation for our products and further develop existing documentation on compliance issues. Through regular communication with customers and suppliers, you will ensure a smooth flow of information.

Requirements

You have successfully completed a university or technical college degree in natural sciences or engineering, for example in biology, medical technology, or chemistry, or have a comparable qualification. You have several years of relevant professional and management experience in a comparable position or in an operational management role in the regulatory field. Your strengths include in-depth knowledge of international regulatory requirements and confidence in dealing with legal and normative requirements. With strong analytical and communication skills, you impress not only with your technical expertise, but also with your confident communication skills when dealing with various interface partners. Business fluent German and very good written and spoken English round off your profile.
