We produce a diverse range of contact lenses through highly automated manufacturing processes, combining innovative material science with cutting-edge technologies including precision injection moulding, robotics, vision systems and data analytics.
With over 40 sophisticated production lines manufacturing more than 8 million contact lenses every day, our products are shipped to customers worldwide.
Job Purpose
Our Injection Moulding Engineering team supports exciting and innovative manufacturing value streams. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, providing technical leadership in process improvement initiatives, resolving complex moulding process challenges, and supporting both internal and site-wide projects.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€63,300.00 - €101,315.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
