You&#39;ll lead and coordinate daily packaging activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Working collaboratively across departments, you&#39;ll advance continuous improvement initiatives and develop teams dedicated to enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.<br /><br /><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><p><br />• Bachelor&#39;s Degree preferred, HS Diploma and experience considered.<br />• Preferred Fields of Study: science, engineering, or related field<br />• Pharmaceutical or food industry professional qualifications beneficial<br />• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required<br />• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems<br />• Experience with batch record documentation and compliance<br />• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and production management software<br />• Excellent organizational and time management skills<br />• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking<br />• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills<br />• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams<br />• Physical ability to work in clean room environments and handle materials up to 50 lbs<br />• Ability to work various shifts as needed<br />• Proficiency in English; additional language skills valuable<br />• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred<br />• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation<br />• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
