Build sustainable customer relationships and ensure high-quality surgical and service support.</p><p></p><p><b>Main activities:</b></p><p>1. Sales &amp; Business Development</p><ul><li><p>Implement regional sales strategies and achieve defined sales and distribution targets</p></li><li><p>Prepare forecasts, business plans, and regular reports</p></li><li><p>Document market feedback, sales performance, and competitive activities</p></li><li><p>Conduct market and competitive analyses and identify new business opportunities and target customers</p></li><li><p>Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers</p></li></ul><p></p><p>2. Surgical support &amp; technical support</p><ul><li><p>Professional support and technical assistance during operations</p></li><li><p>Ensuring the availability of materials for surgical procedures</p></li><li><p>Conducting preoperative consultations with surgeons</p></li><li><p>Intraoperative communication of relevant monitoring data</p></li><li><p>Management of consignment and loan instruments</p></li></ul><p></p><p>3. Training &amp; customer development</p><ul><li><p>Training of physicians and surgical staff (product training, workshops, specialist events)</p></li><li><p>Organization of and participation in conferences and specialist events</p></li><li><p>Advising customers on optimal product applications</p></li><li><p>Close cooperation with logistics, customer service, and sales teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p>4.
