<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Legend Biotech is seeking <strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist </strong>as part of the <strong>Talent Acquisition </strong>team based in <strong>Somerset, NJ.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting and engaging top talent to deliver positive business outcomes. This individual will execute recruitment strategies partnering with HRBP and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies and proactively pipeline talent.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure successful talent acquisition from sourcing strategy, execution, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management/negotiation, hiring and onboarding.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Execute talent sourcing strategies and build pipeline of passive talent to meet current or anticipated talent needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proactively build and develop relationships with hiring managers, HRBP, and cross functional teams to deliver talent needs, provide consultation, and improve efficiency.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Educate business clients in the use of interviewing techniques, recommended resources, assessing and evaluating applicants, and other best practices.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Consult with the Total Rewards team to manage offer recommendations by providing expectation, market trend, and any appropriate documentation culminating in extending the offer to the candidate.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate and contribute to developing innovative attraction and engagement strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in projects related to the TA processes, systems/tools, procedures, and compliance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate and assist with branding initiative and university recruiting efforts.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Requirements</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Human Resources.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum 1+ years of previous experience as a recruiter.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience recruiting within one or more in any of the following areas is preferred: Research &amp; Development, Clinical Development, Early Drug Development, Quality, Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Medical Affairs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience in full life cycle recruitment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated ability to source passive talent.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to influence goals, objectives and deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to influence on the overall objectives and long-term goals of the Talent Acquisition organization.</span></li>
