If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a significant impact, we invite you to be part of our team.</span></span></p><p><span><span style="font-size:14px"> </span></span></p><p><span><b><span style="font-size:14px">Responsibilities</span></b></span></p><p><span><span style="font-size:14px"> </span></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Develop and foster strong relationships with line clients and HR colleagues to ensure understanding of organizational needs.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Develop strategies to effectively source talent internally and externally.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Provide creative methods of building prospect pools, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, and facilitating the staffing process.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Manage diverse local and regional projects autonomously.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Responsible for end-to-end recruiting in Israel</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop a strategy.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Understand the local labor market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Educate Hiring Managers on the hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Deliver behavioral-based interview training to client groups across the business.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media strategies, Diversity Initiatives, etc.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive efficient process adherence.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span style="font-size:14px"> </span></span></p><p><span><b><span style="font-size:14px">Qualifications</span></b></span></p><p><span><b><span style="font-size:14px"> </span></b></span></p><p><span><i><span style="font-size:14px">Required</span></i></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">6&#43;
