labor market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Educate Hiring Managers on the hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Deliver behavioral-based interview training to client groups across the business.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media strategies, Diversity Initiatives, etc.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive efficient process equivalent.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">6+ years of recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Expertise in Project Management in a deadline-driven environment.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Experience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates, including utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Thorough knowledge of recruiting/staffing database systems (experience using Workday preferred).</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Fluency in English and Hebrew.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><i><span style="font-size:14px">Preferred</span></i></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Global recruiting experience.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span
