Description
This role will be hybrid or based out of our Philadelphia, PA headquarters. As our sole full-time recruiter, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be the hands-on driver of Cabaletta Bio’s growing Crew. In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing and engaging candidates to coordinating interviews and delivering a smooth, positive experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to keep searches moving efficiently and help refine and improve our recruiting processes as we scale. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this is a great opportunity to build foundational recruiting practices today while growing your impact as the company continues to expand. Responsibilities Include: - Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offers support. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates throughout the recruitment process. - Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other approved channels. - Maintain accurate and timely candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by applying consistent and inclusive recruiting practices. - Coordinate interview logistics, schedule candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring experience. - Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience. - Assist with posting jobs, managing vendor interactions, and maintaining recruiting tools and platforms. - Track basic recruiting metrics (e.g., candidate pipeline status, time-to-fill) and share updates with HR leadership. - Support process improvements that enhance the efficiency and consistency of the recruitment process. - Other related duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. - 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment preferred. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting practices.
