Your scope focuses primarily on talent assessment and<span> </span></span><span>selection</span><span><span> </span>including some sourcing &amp; scheduling</span><span><span> </span>tasks</span><span>.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>You may handle the</span><span><span> </span>end-to-end recruitment activities across<span> </span></span><span>Greater China</span><span><span> </span>Region</span><span><span> </span>and other countries in APAC, partnering closely with local leadership and HR to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in line with business priorities.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>This role plays a critical part in shaping Ferring’s employer brand locally, strengthening hiring capabilities, and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and candidate-centric recruitment experience.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></p><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers, and cross functional partners to understand</span><span><span> </span></span><span>their recruitment needs, job requirements, and suggest effective recruitment strategies.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Full-Cycle Recruitment: Run the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meeting to</span></span><span> </span><span><span>offer<span> </span>acceptance.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline:<span> </span></span><span>Utilize</span><span><span> </span>various sourcing methods, including online job</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>boards, social media, and industry networks, to<span> </span></span><span>identify</span><span><span> </span>and engage with qualified</span><span><span> </span></span><span>candidates</span><span>.
