<h2><b>Job Description:</b></h2><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery</p><ul><li>Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across commercial, medical, corporate, and technical roles (from intake meeting to offer acceptance)</li><li>Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job</li></ul><p>boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and engage with qualified</p><p>Candidates. Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles</p><ul><li>Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to</li></ul><p>evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Stakeholder Partnership</b></p><ul><li>Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership teams in markets</li><li>Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and data-driven guidance on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment timelines</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Employer Branding & Market Presence</b></p><ul><li>Strengthen Ferring’s employer brand, esp. in Japan and Korea through targeted sourcing strategies, external partnerships, and recruitment campaigns.</li><li>Represent Ferring in local recruitment events, universities, and professional networks as appropriate.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Process Excellence & Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws, data privacy requirements, and internal policies.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment metrics and hiring progress.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Regional & Global Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with APAC and Global Talent Acquisition teams to align on standards, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Support regional TA initiatives, projects, and system enhancements as required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above; HR, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.</li><li>Solid experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to Japan and/or Korea hiring markets.</li><li>Strong understanding of local labor laws, recruitment practices, and cultural nuances.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Fluent in English and Japanese; Korean speaking is a strong advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of Workday or a similar ATS/HRIS is required.</li><li>Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or a similarly regulated industry is preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Strategic mindset with strong execution capability</li><li>Stakeholder management and influencing skills</li><li>Market insight and problem-solving ability</li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail</li><li>Passion for delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Location</b>: Tokyo, Japan</p><p></p><p>Reporting to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations – APAC</p><p></p><p></p><p>Behind Our New Talents… There’s You</p><p>At Ferring, you’ll be empowered to take ownership, collaborate across borders, and grow your career in an environment that values diversity, innovation, and purpose.</p><p></p><p></p><h2><b>Location:</b></h2>Ferring Japan
