Advisor Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Advisor Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of hiring senior leaders, critical positions, and niche technology talent. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, capable of influencing talent decisions, navigating complex searches, building strong talent pipelines, and developing recruitment capability within a global environment

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for strategic, critical, niche, and highly specialized technology roles, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes and timely execution.
• Partner closely with senior business leaders and hiring teams to understand talent requirements, develop hiring strategies, provide market intelligence, and support informed talent decisions.
• Execute complex and high-impact searches utilizing direct sourcing, market mapping, talent intelligence, referrals, and proactive candidate engagement.
• Serve as a trusted Talent Advisor to hiring leaders by providing consultative guidance, managing stakeholder expectations, and navigating complex or sensitive hiring scenarios.
• Build and maintain robust external talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs, with a focus on niche technology skills including mid to senior level talent.
• Take personal accountability for hiring outcomes across assigned portfolios, proactively identifying risks, removing bottlenecks, and driving requisitions to successful closure.
• Leverage recruitment analytics, market insights, and modern sourcing technologies to strengthen talent pipelines, improve hiring effectiveness, and enhance candidate experience.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, elevate hiring quality, and share expertise across the Talent Acquisition function.
  

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a proven track record of hiring senior leaders, critical business roles, and niche technology talent within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to independently lead high-priority and hard-to-fill searches, balancing multiple stakeholder groups while delivering results in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
• Expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, direct sourcing, referrals, and innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent across competitive markets.
• Strong ability to build credibility and influence senior executives, business leaders, HRBPs, and HR stakeholders through strategic talent guidance and data-driven recommendations.
• Deep understanding of technology talent landscapes, including Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and emerging technology domains.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, consulting, and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and cultivate external leadership talent, leverage recruitment technologies and analytics, and drive informed hiring decisions through platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and market intelligence solutions.
