TA Lead, Product & Technology - Americas

As Talent Acquisition Lead, North America, you will help find, engage and hire the people who make that work possible. 

This is a senior, hands-on recruiting leadership role based in San Diego, working hybrid with two days each week in our San Diego corporate office. You will lead recruitment delivery for critical Product and Technology hiring across North America, personally manage complex senior searches, advise leaders on talent strategy and develop a small team of TA Partners across the USA and Canada. The position is full-time and permanent. 

What You'll Do 

• Lead recruitment delivery for Product and Technology hiring across North America, with priority focus on San Diego and Atlanta, including Resmed's Brightree business. 

• Act as principal recruiter for complex searches, from intake and market mapping through to assessment and offer strategy, with a consistent focus on candidate engagement. 

• Manage, coach and develop a small team of TA Partners across the USA and Canada, lifting standards while keeping delivery practical and commercially focused. 

• Advise senior leaders and People Business Partners on talent markets, search strategy, pipeline health, assessment quality and hiring risk. 

• Strengthen regional recruiting practice across briefing, sourcing, stakeholder engagement, candidate experience and evidence-based decision making. 

• Lead monthly pipeline reviews with clear actions, strong market coverage and visible attention to diversity, ageing roles and delivery risks. 

What You Bring 

• Deep experience recruiting senior product, technology and specialist talent, ideally across software, hardware, platform, AI, machine learning or digital health domains. 

• Strong knowledge of North American talent markets, especially the USA, US West Coast and California product and technology communities. 

• The confidence to partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners, respectfully challenge assumptions, and turn market evidence into clear hiring advice. 

• Experience coaching or managing recruiters across more than one location, with a track record of improving quality, consistency and delivery discipline. 

• Strong search craft, including market mapping, passive candidate engagement, pipeline governance and thoughtful assessment design. Executive search experience is highly beneficial. 

• Practical use of data and AI to spot delivery risks, explain trade-offs and recommend next steps.
