Description
You develop and maintain requirements as well as the system architecture for our devices, considering the full system life cycle. You contribute to verification and validation processes. You will act as an important interface (leading /coordination /mediation) between the various stakeholders (management, quality, project management, as well as the technical domains of software, mechatronics, fluidics, electronics, bioprocess/analytics, and mechanics) and create the necessary technical documentation and negotiate solutions. You develop and contribute to the modelling of our systems. You will coordinate and manage individual projects or sub-projects and act as a system integrator. You will analyze risks, hazards, improvement ideas, and applicable standards and incorporate them into the design workflow. You will support business development by monitoring relevant activities in R&D and contribute to the development of the program strategy.
Requirements
You have an engineering degree (ETH/FH or equivalent) in a relevant field specializing in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or microtechnology. You have more than 4 years of professional experience as a development engineer or systems engineer in multidisciplinary projects, preferably in highly regulated industries. Additional experience as a project manager is a plus. You are fluent in English. German knowledge is a plus. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Switzerland.
